Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
Standard Shipping Policy
For standard shipping, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
Expedited Shipping Policy
For Next Day and Second Day shipping, please order before 12 pm EST Monday- Friday. Orders placed after 12 pm or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
Some oversized or fragile items may incur additional shipping costs. A customer service representative will contact you if additional shipping charges are required.
Online purchases
We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. We ask that you notify us within 72 hours of delivery if the order is not to your satisfaction. Please contact us at info@plantationarchery.com.
Process to return an online order
You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to return any item(s) for an exchange, credit, or refund. Returned items (apparel/footwear/accessories) must be unworn and, where applicable, returned with any packaging and all the original tags still attached to the garment. There are no returns or exchanges on final sale items.
Compound bows and crossbows are never guaranteed a return as they are serial numbered, and warranty is registered to the purchaser. Contact info@plantationarchery.com for any concerns. These will be handled case by case situations with NO GURANTEE OF RETURN.
