Return Policy

• 14-Day Money Back Guarantee
  Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• 30-Day Store Credit
  Returns made between 15–30 days of purchase are eligible for store credit only.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of the product and safety considerations, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Bows
• Crossbows

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in new, unused condition
• Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
• Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

In-Store & Online Returns

• In-Store Purchases:
  Bring your item and receipt back to our store for assistance.
• Online Orders:
  To start a return, please email us at info@plantationarchery.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
