Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- Estimated delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days once shipped
- Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or seasonal demand
In-Store Pickup
- Free local pickup is available at our retail location
- You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup
- Please bring your order confirmation when picking up
Shipping Restrictions
- Certain items may have shipping restrictions based on size or regulations
- At this time, we only ship within the United States
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our shop, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your order is delayed or lost:
- Please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number
- If you still need help, reach out to us at Info@plantationarchery.com, and we’ll assist where we can
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
- We’ll make it right as quickly as possible
