At Plantation Archery, we work hard to get your gear out the door quickly and safely so you can get back to what matters.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
  • Estimated delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days once shipped
  • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or seasonal demand

In-Store Pickup

  • Free local pickup is available at our retail location
  • You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup
  • Please bring your order confirmation when picking up

Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain items may have shipping restrictions based on size or regulations
  • At this time, we only ship within the United States 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our shop, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your order is delayed or lost:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number
  • If you still need help, reach out to us at Info@plantationarchery.com, and we’ll assist where we can

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging
  • We’ll make it right as quickly as possible
